Custom order terms & conditions
- We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit on all custom orders over $100 to begin creating with the remaining total and postage due before your order is shipped.
- All custom orders under $100 will require full payment upfront to begin.
- Build time will depend on the custom product you are after, please discuss with us if there are any deadline before placing your order.
- We don't copy other peoples designs, however inspiration images of styles you like are helpful.
- Our products are handmade, making them unique and an extension of our passion. Each bag will not be exactly the same as the last.
